Notice Regarding Mid Rivers Health Center
In order to provide our patients with a more comprehensive range of services, we have made the decision to close the Mid Rivers Health Center effective Thursday, 4月18日, 2024, centralizing patient care at our main facility, the Montgomery Health Clinic. It has been a privilege to serve the Mid Rivers community over the past eight years.
